Project Administrator (Mandarin Speaking)

About the Role

This Project Administrator role is a great opportunity to put your Accountingand Administration skill set to full utilisation. Reporting to the Business Manageryour primary responsibility will be to for provide administrative and organisationalsupport to the Business Manager.

You will be the main point of contact with our clients, particularly in dealingwith overseas stakeholders. You must speak fluent English and Mandarin. You willhelp managing the financials including payables, receivables, forecast and monthlyreport. You will also need to tap into the business networks of China.

Ideally you will:

    Be proficient in Excel to an intermediateor advanced level

    Be confident interacting with othersand fluent in Mandarin and English

    Be good with numbers and have tertiaryqualification (Accounting major desirable)

    Be solutions-oriented and havethe ability to work under pressure and multi-task

    Be able to gain the confidenceof existing and potential clients

    Be a good team player

As this is a mission-critical role, preference will be given to candidatesavailable to start work immediately, or within a short time-frame.

Applicants should have at least one year of relevant work experience withina financial services environment.
