关于我们 ABOUT US










北京市海淀区清华附中稻香湖学校（下称“清香”或“学校”）由清华附中基金会举办，由清华附中全面负责教育教学管理。学校秉承清华大学”自强不息、厚德载物”的校训和“行胜于言“的校风，以“国际品质、中国根基、清华精神”为办学特色，将“以育人为中心，以学生为主体”作为办学指导思想，提供高质量的中西融合的国际化教育、创新教育体系，旨在培养具有独立思考能力及创新精神的国际化杰出人才。

Tsinghua International School Daoxiang Lake(hereinafter referred to as “Tsingxiang” or the “School”), funded by Tsinghua University High School Foundation, is under the overall management of Tsinghua University High School. Adhering to the school motto of “self-improvement, moral integrity” and the spirit of “morality precedes wisdom, and actions speak louder than words”, the School takes “international standard of quality, a Chinese foundation, and Tsinghua spirit” as its school features. Having a student-centered educational model, the school strives to provide a high-quality international education integrating Chinese and Western values, and follow innovative educational practices, while developing international talents with independent thinking and creativity.






学校具备幼儿园、外籍人员子女和中国籍学生的招生资质。幼儿园（3-6岁）采用蒙台梭利教育，基础教育阶段（6-18岁）提供外籍国际教育、双语国际教育和传统中考教育。学校办学模式为小班化，每班不超过25人（教师子女不计入人数），学生可自愿申请寄宿或走读。学校沿袭清华附中在基础教育和国际教育的经验，创造国际一流的中国基础教育国际化的课程体系和教育教学管理模式，成为中西合璧教育的典范。

Tsingxiang is fully licensed to enroll kindergarten children (ages 3-6), children of foreign nationals, and Chinese students. The kindergarten has adopted the Montessori methodology. The basic education program (ages 6-18) comprises an international program for children of foreign nationals, a bilingual program for Chinese nationals, and a traditional Chinese education program. The School enjoys small class sizes (a maximum of 25 students in a class, staff’s children not included) with both boarding and non-boarding students. The school aims to become an influential educational model blending both Western and Chinese elements, by extending Tsinghua University High School’s experience in basic and international education, integrating modern educational resources, and creating a world-class internationalized curriculum, learning, and teaching model, integrating Chinese education elements.

The School endeavors to provide a diversified educational platform, integrate top educational resources and develop students’ humanistic qualities through general knowledge courses, P.E., science and art courses; as well as their critical thinking ability, liberal spirit and sense of responsibility. 清香位于中关村翠湖科技园北清路和凝翠路路口，于2020年10月正式启用。清香校园占地面积145亩，设施丰富、功能齐全。学校建筑由美国珀金斯伊斯曼事务所参照美国先进的建设标准设计，符合世界级教育环境要求。教学楼获得了美国绿色建筑委员会LEED金牌认证，建筑采用地源热泵采暖制冷，新风系统、中央空调一应俱全，各项教育教学设施齐备，功能丰富、和谐统一、兼收并蓄，为培养国际化视野的顶尖人才提供了硬件保障。

Tsingxiang, located in the Zhongguan Cun Cuihu Sci-Tech Park, with Beiqing Road to its south, was officially opened in October 2020. Covering an area of about 9.67 hectares, it is equipped with complete facilities. Designed by Perkins Eastman using advanced construction standards from the United States, Tsingxiang meets world-level educational environment standards. Heated and refrigerated with geothermal heat pumps, with a complete primary air system, the teaching buildings have obtained the LEED Silver Certification from the US Green Building Council. With such complete educational and teaching facilities, meeting every learning need, it is integrated and inclusive, providing a solid guarantee for the development of elite talents with a global vision.

1、 热爱教育并愿意长期在教育岗位投入工作；

2、语言要求：中方应聘者的英语水平须达到熟练流利水平，并具备相应的写作能力。使用英语教学的老师要求雅思7分以上或托福105分以上，其他老师要求雅思6分以上或同等英语考试成绩; 外方应聘者须来自英语为母语国家且具备优秀的口语能力和写作技巧；

Language requirement for Chinese candidates: Proficiency in English, verbal and written. Teachers who teach in English are required to have an IELTS score of 7 or above or a TOEFL score of 105 or above. Other teachers are required to have an IELTS score of 6 or equivalent.   
Language requirement for International Candidates: Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills;






3、与学科相关专业的重点大学硕士及以上学位（拥有省市级优秀教师资质的老师或高级教师可放宽到本科学历）

Master Degree or above in relevant subject from an accredited university；or Bachelor degree for teachers with provincial or municipal ‘Excellent teacher’ award or with ‘Senior teacher’ title.



4、持有教师资格证或相应教师资格培训证书或至少三年同学科或与学科相关的教学经验，AP，A-Level或其他相关国际课程教学经验优先。

At least 3 years of relevant subject teaching experience, with a teaching license. Teaching experience in AP, A-Level or other international curricula is a plus;






5、具有良好的班级管理能力，有班主任经验优先；

Good classroom management skills, and homeroom teacher work experience preferred






6、能够熟练使用Office等软件及多媒体教学资源；

Competent in the use of Office and other software/hardware-based teaching resources



7、善于分享及团队协作，具有良好的沟通与组织能力。

Evidence of a commitment to the value of team work; excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

住房补贴 Housing Allowance



根据婚姻或子女状况教师可以优惠租金申请入住单身公寓（单间独立卫浴35平米）、一居室（一室一厅73平米）、两居室（两室两厅104-111平米）、三居室（三室两厅139平米），自行安排住宿者享有一定金额的住房补贴。

A studio (35 s.q. meters) or a one (73 s.q. meters) /two (104-111 s.q. meters) /three (139 s.q. meters) -bedroom apartment can be applied for based on a staff member’s marital status and number of dependents; if wishing to live off campus, a housing allowance is paid separately.



入职安置费 Relocation Allowance



无论京内、京外或海外员工入职，都享有一定金额的安置费。

An allowance is provided according to the new staff member’s home base or last posting location.



培训基金 PD Fund



一线教师享受每年10,000人民币的培训基金，两年内可累积至20,000元。

Teaching staff - 10,000RMB/Year or roll over up to 20,000RMB over 2 years.



教学支持部门可享受每年5,000人民币的培训基金，两年内可累积至10,000元。

子女教育福利 Educational Benifits for Children



中国籍员工第一名子女入学享受全额学费免除，第二名及其他子女学费根据员工服务年限按照第一年五折、第二年四折、第三年三折、第四年全额免除的比例给予减免。外籍员工子女享受全额学费免除。

The first child of a local Chinese staff can have 100% remission on tuition fees. The tuition fee for the second child of local Chinese staff will be waived at a percentage in relation to the staff member’s years of service (1st year – 50% off, 2nd year - 60% off, 3rd year – 70% off and from the 4th year onward 100% off). International staff’s child(ren) can have 100% remission on tuition fees.
