     为巩固中美人文交流高层磋商机制成果，鼓励中美两国高校进一步深化合作关系，吸引更多的美国优秀青年学生来华留学，现委托我校承担2021-2022学年度中国政府奖学金中美学历生专项奖学金项目。



  In order to develop the cooperative relationship between universities of China and the United States and attract more outstanding young American students to study in China, now our university undertakes the CSC scholarship for American students in the 2021-2022 academic year.

一、奖学金内容及标准

奖学金为全额奖学金，内容包括：

●免注册费

●免学费

●提供免费校内住宿

●提供奖学金生活费：本科标准为2500元人民币/人/月；硕士标准为3000元人民币/人/月；博士标准为3500元人民币/人/月。

●提供来华留学生综合医疗保险：在指定保险公司投保，承担学生大病住院的住院费用、住院看护费、死亡赔付等，可由第三方垫付费用。



I、Scholarship Coverage and Criteria

This is a full scholarship which covers

●Registration fee waiver

●Tuition waiver

●Free accommodation on campus

●Stipend：Bachelor RMB 2500yuan per month; Master RMB 3000yuan per month; PhD RMB 3500yuan per month

二、报名条件

1. 择优招收美国籍全日制本科生或研究生。不招收除汉语类之外的其他语言文学类学生，除英语外其他语种翻译专业不受限制。

2. 来华留学申请人必须持有效的美国护照或美国国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年之内有美国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在美国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境章为准）。

3.学历和年龄要求：

●攻读学士学位者，须具有高中毕业要求，成绩优秀,年龄不超过25周岁；

●攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，成绩优秀,年龄不超过35周岁；

●攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，成绩优秀,年龄不超过40周岁。

4.语言要求

●招收以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业的，攻读学士学位者，申请时中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）三级，本科生中文水平未达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级180分的，需在指定的预科院校进行为期一年的预科学习。

●招收以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业的，攻读硕士，博士学位者，申请时中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。



II、Application Requirements

1.Full-time undergraduate or graduate students in the United States.The undergraduate program is taught in Chinese.This project does not enroll students in languages other than Chinese, and there are no restrictions on translation majors in languages other than English.

2.Applicants must have a valid US passport or US nationality certificate for 4 years or more, and have a record of actually living in the United States for more than 2 years in the past 4 years (actually living in the US for 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, depending on the entry and exit regulations).

3.Degree and Age Requirements

(1)Bachelor’s degree applicants must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25.

(2)Master’s degree applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.

(3)Doctoral degree applicants must have a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.

4. Language requirements

●Bachelor’s degree applicants must pass HSK Level 3. Undergraduates whose Chinese proficiency does not reach HSK Level 4 with a score of 180 must take one year of preparatory study at a designated preparatory college.

●Master’s and Doctoral degree applicants must pass HSK Level 4.

三、申请流程

申请人务必于2021年6月20日之前登录基金委来华留学网上报名信息系统（www.csc.edu.cn/laihua）进行并完成网上报名。

1.申请人须登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”，网上填写申请信息，在线提交。留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统的网址为http://www.campuschina.org/，受理机构代码：10718，选择类型为B；

2.申请人须登录“陕西师范大学网上报名系统”，网上填写申请信息，在线提交《陕西师范大学申请表》。陕西师范大学网上报名系统的网址为：https://snnu.17gz.org/

3.因疫情原因，只需完成国家留学基金委及陕西师范大学网上申请（两者缺一不可），网上提交所需材料原件扫描件即可，不需寄送纸质材料。



III、Application Procedure

Applicants must submit the online application form before June 20, 2021 on www.csc.edu.cn/laihua .

1.Complete the online application procedure at CSC Online Application System for International Students,http://www.campuschina.org/.Our agency number is 10718 and please choose the type B.Submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship ;

2.Complete the online application procedure at Shaanxi Normal University Online Application System for International Students,https://snnu.17gz.org/. Submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship ;

3.Due to the epidemic situation,you are required to complete the online application from China scholarship council and Shaanxi Normal University, submit all the scanned copy of the original materials online(you are required to apply for both application systems, only one of them will be considered as invalid application). There is no need to send the hard copies.

四、申请材料

1.国家留学基金委网“来华留学网上报名系统”生成的《中国政府奖学金申请表》；

2.陕西师范大学“国际学生在线服务系统”生成的《陕西师范大学申请表》；

3.经过公证的最高学历证明。（如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；

4.学习成绩单。本科或硕士阶段全部课程的成绩单原件（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；

5.研究成果。已发表的论文、获奖证书等证明自己学业成就和研究能力的材料；

6.来华学习和研究计划（申请硕士者不少于800字，申请博士者不少于1500字），用中文或英文书写，并由本人签名；

7.两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写，需推荐人签字；

8.有效HSK证书；

9.有效护照照片页；

10.《外国人体格检查记录》：此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；

11.有效的《无犯罪记录证明》，翻译成中文并公证。

IV、Application Documents

1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship（written in Chinese or English）;
2. Application Form for Shaanxi Normal University（written in Chinese or English）;
3. Notarized highest diploma rospective diploma winners must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date.Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
5. Research results. Published thesis, award certificates, etc. to prove their academic achievements and research capabilities;
6. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English and sign);This should be a minimum of 800 words for master applicants and 1500 words for PhD applicants.
7. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English);Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by professor or associate professor.
8.Valid HSK certificate;
9. Passport (The page with photo);
10. Foreigner Physical Examination Form;The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid.
Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
Pleases keep the original copy of the Form for school registration.
      11.Valid Non-criminal Record which has been notarized and translated into Chinese.
